Casting Directors for USA’s Mr. Robot Season 3 need background extras to work on scenes filming in New York City. Producers are specifically looking for people ages 18 – 35 that are 5’6-5’8, with olive skin tone, brown hair, to be a photo double for the main actor, Rami Malek. They are also looking for extras for various scenes throughout the new season. Filming will shoot starting this Wednesday, June 14th and Thursday, June 15th.

The show stars Rami Malek as a man named Elliot Alderson; A cybersecurity engineer by day and a hacker by night. He suffers from social anxiety disorder and clinical depression, so many of the show’s themes touch on mental disorders. It is truly an eye-opening series that has plenty of amazing themes and messages for viewers to discuss. The show is very successful through two seasons. In 2016, Mr. Robot received six Emmy nominations including Outstanding Drama Series. Rami Malek is widely praised for his performance as a depressed hacker. He won the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series in 2016.
