Tyler Perry has teamed up with major movie production company Lionsgate for his new comedy A Madea Christmas. The movie will be written and directed by Mr. Perry and of course he will once again be playing his iconic title character that has made his name in the entertainment industry. After the $520 million that Perry and Lionsgate collected from their previous flicks they are hoping that A Madea Christmas will have the same success. The casting directors are now looking for numerous union and non union actors to audition for several feature role in the new movie. This is a great opportunity for anyone that is looking to break into the acting industry.
A Madea Christmas will follow the wealthy Mansell family as they prepare to host the holiday festivities. Eager to impress her daughter’s well-to-do Mansell matriarch Lillian forces her hard working maid Margaret to work on Christmas. When Lillian’s daughter China hears about this unkind act she comes up with one of her own, she secretly invites Margaret’s wacky family to their home- a family that includes the one and only Madea! There will be plenty of laughs, holiday lessons and good times to be had when a clash of the classes turns into a uproarious holiday adventure.
Tyler Perry is now looking for numerous actors for several roles that are yet to be cast in the new movie. They are looking for male and female union and non union actors that also have singing abilities. Tyler Perry has a remarkable life story. I am amazed by the fact he has done so well and come this far. I have done some acting but mostly have sing professionally and play piano at concert level.
