SyFy auditions for Season 2 of the hit action/adventure drama series “Being Human” about three roommates who just happen to be a vampire, a werewolf and a ghost will be starting up shortly and you could be featured as a extra or photo double in the show! The show is still in the process of the developmental of the 2nd season and castings will be ongoing throughout production.
The show features Sam Witwer as Aidan McCollin, the vampire from the revolutionary war, Sam Huntington as Josh Radcliff, the werewolf and Meaghan Rath as Sally Malik, a ghost in the haunted house that Aidan and Josh rent.
The show did alarming well during it’s first season becoming the highest watch show for the channel in over 5 years, an average of 1.8 million viewers. It also helped bring in the most female viewers in the network’s history.
The show is a adaptation by the husband and wife team Jeremy Carver and Anna Fricke. They said that they hoped that they have created an original program with morally ambiguous qualities and still give the original version a very nice nod. Most relations to the British series occurred in the American versions first season and the duo did their best to avoid watching any of British version 2nd season to ensure that their version would take on it’s own path in the development of the story.
