Red Widow- ABC Castings

ABC has another drama TV series in the works titled Red Widow, and it’s  set to premier in 2013. The series is based on a 2010 Dutch drama. Red Widow is executive-produced by Melissa Rosenberg and Howard Klein. Red Widow stars Radha Mitchell,Rade Serbedzija,Natalie Walraven and many more.  ABC is hoping to have another good run with this new drama TV shows. The casting directors are now looking for talent to play as extras in the series.

When Marta Walraven’s  husband is murdered, her first instinct is to protect her three young kids. She thinks that her husbands business partner was involved in an illegal drug business deal with rival gangsters, and Marta’s husband paid the ultimate price.Although she already knows the violent world of organized crime because her father and his bodyguard are gangsters too. She and her sister Kat had always wished for a safer life without bloodshed and fear. For a while Marta lived happily as a stay at home housewife in San Marta’s cooperation.

This is a good opportunity for actors that are trying to break into the industry. The casting directors are looking for males that can portray the look of gangster and bodyguards. They are looking for males over the age of 21 with a big build and that are taller than 6’0″.
