Enter agreement to produce Pilot Episode for

“The proven Production capacity of an industry leader, Screaming Flea Productions, teamed with a visionary reality TV travel adventure show concept positions this to be a breakout show for 2012.”

Del Mar, California, 2010 – It is with great excitement that Stamp-It Productions, Inc. a Premier Young Adult Reality TV Travel Adventure Show, has entered into an Agreement with Screaming Flea Productions from Seattle regarding the selection of user-submitted videos to be reviewed, judged and a finalist selected as the Pilot Episode for the show.

Are you looking to experience your own Journey of a Lifetime? If you are, and you’re prepared to share it with a broad audience through our new reality TV travel entertainment series, then we want to hear your story. Submit your contestant application and prepare to be whisked away by the Journey of a Lifetime team and be taken on your dream trip.

Screaming Flea and Stamp-It both know how hard it is to become a bona-fide international traveler. That’s why they’ve teamed up in making it a little bit easier for the i-Generation to travel the globe. This partnership has announced today that they are holding an on-line contest to find the most compelling stories from young adults around the globe.

Like many reality TV shows, this contest will rely in part on the voting public to help choose the winner. Anyone who wants to participate can view the contestants’ video clips and vote for their favorites online. The top twelve highest ranked entrants may be named finalists, subject to review by the Casting Committee, and given a chance to win their own “Journey of a Lifetime.”

Unlike hit TV shows Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Amazing Race and American Idol, which focus on contestants that have one particular issue or kind of talent, Journey Of A Lifetime encourages a much broader range of applicants. Aspiring international travelers can submit a video of themselves explaining why their story deserves to become a winner for Journey of a Lifetime.

The CEO of Stamp-It Productions, Kendell Lang, believes the timing couldn’t be better. “This is an incredible story of young adults coming together to impact their peers and positively influence their culture. I am proud to help them implement their vision and let other young adults know that there is much more to travel than just MTV’s Spring Break or Girls Gone Wild. These are passionate and caring young adults who have a heart to share some of life’s blessings which they’ve experienced by giving back.”

Matt Chan, CEO of Screaming Flea, asks the questions, “How has travel impacted your life? What is unique about your story that would be compelling to our audience? What is that special emotional connection that this Journey of a Lifetime represents for you?”

About Screaming Flea Productions, Inc.

Seattle based Screaming Flea Productions has been producing network television for over a decade and has built a national reputation by producing creative, innovative, and original productions across all genres.

Screaming Flea Productions is one of the country’s leading producers of non-fiction television. Their clients span over fifteen different networks, both domestic and international.

Screaming Flea produced the current reality TV hit, HOARDERS, which has 40 episodes and a third season currently being broadcast on A&E Networks. A&E states that Hoarder’s is, “the network’s best ever season opener for any original A&E series among adults 18-49 and 25-54.” Compulsive Hoarding is a serious mental disorder affecting millions of Americans, their friends and families. Like eating disorders or alcoholism, hoarding afflicts the rich, the poor, the young, the old, doctors, stay at home moms, and computer nerds.

“Do you have a dream that has become the backdrop of your imagination? A place that is calling to you? When you close your eyes and envision yourself “anywhere else but here,” where is that anywhere else? Can you hear the people; what language are they speaking? Can you smell the air; what is that savory sensation? Can you feel the sun, the wind, the rain; how does it caress your skin? Can you see your dream of travel; can you see it come true? Can you see yourself in that dream; how has it changed you; how has it nourished you; how has it enlightened you; how has it become part of your soul? Journey of a Lifetime is about answering those questions and allowing the audience to really see how travel can impact lives. Journey of a Lifetime is your next reality TV travel adventure.”

  6. :D Aloha! Everyone has dreams in life, but it’s the choices they make that choose their future. Many individuals that I know today, some being family and the others are friends, have made me hurt for them. To know that my loved ones are sitting back, allowing their life to pass them by is heart breaking and disappointing and for that I chose to not only go after my dream but sprint toward it. Although I want to be in the entertainment business, it’s much more than that. My ultimate dream is to reveal to others that it doesn’t matter where you come from or how you look, if you have heart then run and let that burning desire get you to where you want and never look back. I moved to L.A. from my hometown Chicago by myself and for me that was huge, being that family is my life and I have never moved out from my home. Sadly, due to financial issues I have moved back but these little cracks in the road will not even make me stumble because my determination is greater and stronger. I love to encourage and see people genuinely HAPPY. If someone were to describe me in three simple words they would say I am loyal, generous and sensitive. God blessed me with tons of gifts, so why not give them back? The name is Stephanie Reyes and I am twenty years old, and am aching to help.

  7. There are no words to express how this title hit me. I am 24 years old with a heart and soul as deep and wide as the ocean itself. I do believe i could live this part and move the entire world to feel the role i would be in. Passion, determination, and a natural upbeat aura are just a few of the attributes i could contribute to Journey of a Lifetime. I am the magic piece Hollywood indeed is missing, pick me and you wont be disapointed. It would be an absolute honor. I can be reached at (347-778-6862) or emailed at stonemantyraebia@yahoo.com. I wish nothing but the best for this new feature.

  8. A journey of a lifetime iswhat i need after my journey from hell, I’m a twenty nine years old single mother who has experience tragic things in her life. A mother who died in 2009 of AIDS and her sister to have died in 2011. I believe that opportunityhas to meet desinty which makes purpose. I’m perfect for this show because out of all the lemons life has thrown my way i continue to move forward and i think i would bring a new present to this show. I have beauty and brains. If you are looking foir the diamond in the rough I’m your girl…. Please give me the opportunity to improve my childrens life and their future…. 9. I know I will be a good fit for this show. I am a 20 year old Black male from a small city in Michigan called Battle Creek. Growing up without my father around was hard for me. Dealing with issues between me and my mother, I was later raised by both of my Grandparents. I am a idea thinker. I do any and everything to make my life a successful life. I moved out to california earlier this year with only $700.00 in my pocket. With prayer and a heart to succeed I survived and I am now living in Hollywood, CA. Everyday my day consists of getting online looking for movie and commercial auditions. I have no manager, But I have worked my way up and found me a agency to help represent me. One thing about me, I don’t let my past life affect my future. If I want to succeed in life, I had to learn how to let go of the past, and look towards my future. I have dreams, but I have a reality dream. I’m looking for something I enjoy doing. Anything can pay me good money, But if it’s something I don’t like I will not do it. I don’t like to do things for the money, But I like to do things because I enjoy it. I have been all across this country either riding the bus, or the train. But I know I will be successful in life, but only time will tell. If you pick me for the show, you will be picking someone with dedication, and a promise to be loyal and working hard to make the show attractive to both the audience and TV production companies. My life is interesting. I go through so many things, but at the end of the day.. I STAY with a SMILE ON MY FACE….If interested in looking at my TV Production Resume, please email me and I will send over a copy of my resume. Or you may contact my Talent Agency Global Talent Agency in Burbank, CA for more information about me. My email address is dbroomfield@execs.com. Thank you in advance for taking your time out to share this opportunity with us. My Congrats go out to whoever get the opportunity to be apart of this wonderful production. Thank You David Broomfield

  12. Wow, the journey of a lifetime! The idea of this reality show really hit home with me because for as long as I can remember, this idea has been the driving force in my life. It all started with my grandmother, an elementary school teacher who was chosen to be teacher in space. During the rigorous medical testing she was diagnosed with cancer which prevented her from living her journey of a lifetime, traveling into space. As a young child, I was so grateful she didn’t get that opportunity when we all watched in horror as the shuttle exploded upon lift off. But as I have grown older, I struggle with the idea, that having been given the opportunity, I believe my grandmother would have chosen to exit this world presueing her journey of a lifetime, then loosing to a horrible battle with the cancer that eventually took her life. See my grandmother always said that the best education was the opportunity to travel the world and I was lucky enough as a child and young adult to have a father who carried on her philosophy! I have been all over the US, to Europe, Australia, Mexico, and Egypt, and I wouldn’t trade any of those opportunitites for anything. After I was diagnosed with cancer myself as a young adult and having to survive the multiple surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation, and finally making it to the five year mark, I have really come to understand and appreciate what my grandmother’s philosophy of education really meant. This life is a journey of a lifetime and traveling the world is our education and understanding of how important it is to live each day to the fullest and explore the world we live in through its diverse cultures, people, food, language, and most of all our ability to listen to people’s stories, learn from them, share them, and give back, because that is what makes our lives worth living! So choose me, let me take all of you on a journey of a lifetime to help you realize why the time we have here on earth to explore, learn, listen, and live, is so precious!

  13. My whole life has been a journey. Yes, I ready for my own journey of a life time. I know I can do it and welcome the audience to venture with me. I used to work as a juvenile officer in orlando florida. Nowadays, out of work. Life was hard, I grew up in a family of 12 siblings; me as the youngest. I was certainly not privileged, and usually had to hustle and home and in the community for respect. Receiving the Journey of a Lifetime would be awesome and the opportunity of a lifetime for me! Choose me and lets journey…call me please…~

  16. I believe I should be consirer part of a journey of a life time not only because it will mmake my dream to travel come true but yet to make a great positive impact on those places. Im from a really small town n yet on my own I moved around n experiece the diffrence of the the other cities that surround me. Im willing to share my story, n my journey about how I found my dad n his fam after 20yrs n how I reacted to that n how ive use that as a tool of encouragement in my life.

  17. Hello my name is Leonard I would love to travel. I haven’t traveled to many places but I feel like this would be a great experience. I love trying new things and I am very open minded. I think that I could get something out of this once in a lifetime experience.

  18. When I was sixteen, I worked at an ice cream shop. The shop was located in a city with a large Spanish-speaking community. On occasion, customers who spoke little to no English would come to the shop. I’ll never forget when my boss said “If they can’t speak English, just give them chocolate.” I didn’t need to know Spanish to understand the look of disappointment on the faces of the dissatisfied customers. Immediately after my shirt, I went home and looked up all of the Spanish translations for our ice cream flavors. I printed the translations and taped them next to the register. This experience first sparked my interest in anthropology and language studies. I have since been studying Spanish, and it would be my dream to travel and have the opportunity to practice speaking the language in an actual Spanish-speaking country. I would give anything to travel and see the world.

  19. I have travelled from Alabama to live in the great cities of Atlanta, Nashville, Miami, Seattle, and now Charlotte, North Carolina. I have met some of the greatest people in our country and some of which you may know, but more importantly I have a great story to tell. Its so funny that I just saw this add for this show, because I just started writing my book about me and all the things I have done and who I’ve done it with. I realized that not everyone in our country gets the opportunity to meet people. When we think about it, most of the people we grew up with never catch a glimpse of the world outside their county or state. To travel this country and tell the stories about what you have seen, what you have experienced, and who you have done it with is a treasure that should be told to the World. It should be shared for the mere fact that we never know who we may inspire or what it may lead to. Please let me share my story with you.

    Sincerely,
    Dominic Mitchell

I always wanted to travel but never had the means. I really think this would really be very spiritual and uplifting journey for me. I lost my mom in November, and since then, I’ve been lost looking for some type of guidance. I had my first child when I was 28 years old. He’s

  23. Hello, My name is Jason Modlich. I believe I would be good for this show because of my go with the flow attitude. I’m a Christian who understands God’s way of telling me where to go. I have discovered that the best way to live life is to allow God to push me in the right direction. It seems that everywhere I go, God finds a way of showing himself to me with his simple gifts, lessons and blessings. I love to travel and I travel light. I ran Cross Country and Track in High School. I have been in many choirs, Operas and Musicals throughout my life. I have an outgoing personality. I graduated at the Ohio Center for Broadcasting in Colorado. This all shows that I’m not afraid to be in front of the world and I’m not afraid of public speaking. I love all kinds of healthy food. I very rarely get sick. I have only had the flu once in my life. I love to work hard. My parents own a family home cooking restaurant in Colorado. I can work all day and night without getting tired or impatient. I can handle any kind of weather. I believe in having a positive attitude nomatter what happens. I would be fully commited to creating the show. I am single and I will stay that way as long as I am on the show. I believe in living as the Greeks do in Greece. My heart wants to explore and have a lot of fun adventure. My email address in ripbion@gmail.com which stands for Ripleys Believe it or not. I am really interested in off the wall facts and world records. I like a good challenge. I love learning new games and sports. I don’t mind helping out with chores wherever I am. I am easy to teach. I believe in doing what’s best for the group. I’ve been to the Caymen Islands, France, England and all around the United States. I love the United States and I am patriotic. I know I have what it takes to make this show a success. I love the discovery channel and I love all forms of Nature. My two favorite shows are “Dirty Jobs” and “Man Vrs. Wild.” I love learning new things. I am a very creative person. I believe people would enjoy watching me in the show. I know all my past experience of performing on stage would really bring people to like me and I’d be entertaining. I have dealt with many hardships in my life making me more compassionate and forgiving towards others. I don’t care about playing video games. I could go the rest of my life never watching another television show or Movie. This doesn’t mean that I wouldn’t make good television. I don’t need much to survive or be happy. I would sacrifice everything to be on this show. I promise that I would never whine or complain about whatever the show’s schedule is. My schedule is totally free. I can’t wait to hear from you soon. I hope I get an opportunity to show you what I’ve got.

  24. I come from a small town in south Louisiana where there is all sorts of adventure
in the swamp. I’m just bored of engaging in the same risk and adventure with all the same people. I thrive on new experiences and the chance to take on some new challenging adventure!

  26. Incredible endurance and an unusual passion are what cause me to run across vast spaces.

I ran 5,000 miles across the United States, alone and on trails. I am now trying to cross each of the 50 states and have already completed 28. Three weeks ago I just finished running across Nevada. My trip of a lifetime would take me to run across each of the six other continents.

I’ve already slept in outhouses, been invited to potlucks of families not related to me, been chased by geese, rescued kittens, and found kindness in strangers and that’s all just in the US. It’s thrilling to imagine what travel by foot – 50 miles per day – could show me from the other side of the world.

  27. I am a 30 year old divorced single mother of an amazing 5 year old. These last few years have been the most challenging of my life. If I can survive all that has happend, then consider me a #1 fighter! I was married to my husband when I walked in on my husband and mother red handed. I was immediatly seperated and have been on a serious bumpy road ever since and somehow survived. I live in Montana where all there is to do is be an alcoholic…which is not me. I need a mental stimulating vacation and want to test how stong I have become in the last 3 1/2 years. I have a huge heart and I am very fun and dorkey! I always find a way to see the best out of every negative situation. But cross me or disrespect me or anyone that I care about, you will see the wrath!!!! ;)

  28. About 2 years ago I had a near death experience. My appreciate for living everyday has been an amazing change. I always lived and risked my safety for me and the adrenaline rush it gave me. Now I realize that I have a responsibility to my family and friends to still go out and have fun and travel but to keep risk to a minimum. I’ve never been happier.

  29. Hi!
I love this idea for this reaity show. Travel is a major key of life! Adventure, stepping outside oneself, helps us learn grow, and in turn help others. I’ve been traveling off and on for the past 5 years through working odd, various jobs. Recently, I just came back from working on the island of St. Croix, and took off cross country to land in Portland, Oregon. I actually started my travels 5 years ago by coming to Portland, Oregon from the North East but wasn’t ready to settle. I’d love to be able to be part of a project to show others how powerful the art of traveling is. I have experience in tv/film and BA in Theatre.
    Thank you!
    Sue

  30. I am smart and hilarious. My passion has always been to become a actress or model. This would be the perfect opportunity. :)

  31. I would love to go to Asia and see what the Harajuku fashion is all about, play ping-pong, learn a geisha dance, see the cherry blossom trees, drink green tea, have a shiatsu massage, eat sushi, see the panda bears ^_^ and whatever fun stuff their is to do in Asia, particularly China and Japan! so I can say, “I think I’m turning Japanese, I really think so!” (The Vapors)

  32. I would love to participate in Journey of a Lifetime. I am at a crossroads right now. I am still single and I do not have children yet, I graduated this past June with a Master Degree in Psychology but I have not found a job yet. I really want to get married, settle into a career and start a family. I wonder if something is holding me back. Fortunately, I still have my looks and a lot to offer another person, but the clock is ticking and I need to make some changes. A soul searching “Journey” is in order. My father passed away 12 years ago and our last travel vacation together was cross country Europe. We particularly bonded in Italy and it left me with a lasting impression, especially our visit to the Vatican. Shortly after his death I converted to Catholicism because of that trip. I feel a connection to my father through this faith and it is time to search for answers about this crossroad I am currently facing. I would love to go on a pilgrimage and revisit some of the Cathedrals , as a new convert and ask God and my father for answers. Also, while I was in Europe with my father, we went to Sorrento, Italy. While we were there, he and my mother took an excursion to the Isle of Capri, but I stayed behind. This upset my father tremendously because our last name is rooted in that Island and he felt disappointed that I did not get to experience it. I would love to take a journey back to Europe visit some of my favorite places and spend some time in prayer to hopefully get some answers about what to do next. Do you want to take this journey with me!? Visiting Cathedrals and Shrines across Europe with a prayerful purpose would make for an aesthetically pleasing and inspiring show.

  33. Hi my name is Celina. I have to honestly say my dream didn’t come to me until I was 22 years old. I would love to be able to help women around the world that have been affected by sexual abuse. I had my own experience when I was 20 years old. I was engaged to be married and living in Sarajevo at the time when a close family member got ill back in the states and I traveled home for a visit. That is when the unimaginable happened to me. To make a long story short I ended up pregnant from the situation. Due to the fact that I decided to keep the baby my fiance left me. I got sent back to the states with no job, no money and no place to go. It was a long personal journey with many ups and downs. 9 years later I still have this burning inside to help others have realized what kind of impact my story could have on people. I would love to be able to help people in every part of the world.

  34. I am Colorado Born, and enjoy all that this beautiful state has to offer me; but being a hard working American that still struggles to survive- I believe it’s time to cut all ties and travel to South America down the Pan-American Highway, without a true destination- just a different place to call home. My boyfriend and I have this dream and already plan on selling everything in order to do so! It will truly be a Journey of a Lifetime. I look forward to the different cultures, environments, people, food and most of all adventure. We’re such small beings in this big, beautiful world. We want to live off the earth, not be held down by the material world and political grief that America has become. Driving to the tip of South America would be the Ultimate Journey, with the desire to learn, the common sense and street smarts we would be wonderful candidates for this amazing experience.

  35. Hey hey, I’m 18, born and raised in southern Kentucky. I would love to get to do this for the simple fact that I don’t have much of a chance on my own. With things going at the house, my only shot would be this. I’m a fun person, love to laugh and have a good time. But I wanna do something outside of the box. I think about if I could do anything, it would be to leave here and just see what else there is out there. See what opportunities may arise, and what else is possible. I’ve got the most laid back personality in the world, and I work hard for everything I have. I just want a get away. And its my dream to have a journey of a lifetime. The journey would shape me, broaden my views, and make things sweeter for me back home. My family and friends wouldn’t ever have this chance either, and I just wish i could experience it, for them, and myself. Shows the chances of a dream come true. If i get this chance I will praise God. And if not, I will still pray God there are opportunities like this for others. Thank you.

  36. I am looking for adventure in my life! I am up for anything. My fears in life are zero. Fear is a useless emotion that keeps people away from their dreams and keeps them from doing things they will remember for the rest of their lives!! I will do anything in my power for a good adventure. That is all this life is supposed to be anyway right?

  37. I’m 25 I dont journey too far away from home and this would be a great time in my life to do so…soooooooo exited and thrilled just thinking about it. I would bring character to the show for sure…but Every journey I do take good or bad is a journey of a lifetime…

  38. I’m 22 years old. Just graduated college with a degree in social work. I come from a middle class family I have a father who spent 22 years in the Army and a German mother. Being bi-racial and moving around the US my whole life I’m used to having different or diverse surroundings. Currently I live in Tennessee and one may compare my life here as having a ball and chain strapped my ankles. It feels as though I’m trapped here along with my hopes of making a large positive influence on the broader world. Of course, like many young people I have the overwhelming desire to travel abroad. Beautiful scenery along with different languages, cultures, and foods are desired of course, but along the way I would like to shed light on social issues that are occurring accross the globe which people have no idea about. International social work has always been an area of interest to me. Committing oneself to helping others in another part of the world has always been inspiring. With the opportunity, this may serve as my way to contribute to multiple causes. This journey would be treated as a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn and grow as a person. Being immersed within other cultures and ways of life would have immeasurable influences on my vision of the world and possibly life itself.

  39. Hello my name is Kate, I grew up in a little town outside of KC, MO driving tractors, loading hay and playing sports, a midwest girl through and through.
Growing up we took a lot of vacations, at least 2 a year, mostly to your typical family spots- Disney, Sea World, DC, Virginia, and Branson, but at the age of 9 my mom was diagnosed with skin cancer and three months later she was gone. Our family vacations from that day forward consisted of one thing- Colorado. We would go twice a year to the same camp and do the same things, my dad loves CO and he didn’t want us out in the sun too much so the beach was never an option.
Throughout college I was the typical broke student, no spring breaks except one to my roommates condo in Breckenridge! However 3.5 years ago I met my fiance Jeff and we discovered Puerto Rico 2 years ago. Puerto Rico has everything a traveler could imagine (except snow!) mountains, beautiful beaches, the rainforest, caves, waterfalls and wonderful people all around. Since our first trip in June 2009 we have been back every six months exploring different parts of the island and making close friends along the way. Jeff proposed on a secluded beach in Dec 2009 and we are taking our family and friends (75 people all together) back in August 2011 for the wedding at El Morro Fort in Old San Juan.
Although I have not been many places around the world, I believe that it has been the time away from home that I have learned the most about myself and those that travel with me. It was on a trip to Chicago I thought Jeff could be “the one” and it was our first trip to Puerto Rico when I realized he was it for me! I also grew to realize that each Colorado trip we took brought mom’s memory closer to Dad and those trips were not necessarily for us, but for him to regroup and remember what really mattered in life.
The opportunity to travel around the world and learn about different cultures and adventures that can be had would be amazing, but an even greater opportunity would be to share those memories with Jeff or my dad. These two men are my world, Jeff my present and future and my father is my past, the one who shaped me into the person I am today and without them and our travels I would never have learned the most important lesson of all….Life is what YOU make it, get up, get out and grab it!

  40. To God be given all the GLORY for this opportunity to be able to share my passion and desire to expose my life history with keeping it real (with non- fiction). But also, futher my career by inspire those who just want to hear from someone who actionly has lived through the situation/s as they have. I truely feel that hearing or even just being able to reach out to millions at one time could save and again inspire so many people! I REALLY AND TRUELY DON’T FEEL THAT I HAVE ENOUGH SPACE HERE TO GO INTO DEEP DETAIL ON WHY I SHOULD BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY. BUT, I CAN SAY IF ITS MEANT TO BE IT WILL BE! GOD MAKES NO MISTAKES I DON’T KNOW WHY I WAS ABUSED AS A CHILD BY MUTIPLE MEN, I DO KNOW WHY I WAITED TILL I WAS AGE 25 TO HAVE MY FIRST CHILD (B/C I WAS TOLD GROWING UP I WAS GOING TO BE NOTHING: BUT SOMEONE WITH A HOUSE FULL OF KIDS), I DON’T KNOW WHY THOUGH I STAY WITH MY KIDS FATHER AFTER HER CONTIOUSLY BEAT ME AND LEFT ME AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE ER ON ONE OCCASSION. I DON’T KNOW WHY AFTER RAISING MY GIRLS TO TREAT OTHERS AS THEY WANT TO BE TREATED MY DAUGHTER WAS BULLIED AND BEAT IN SCHOOL WHERE THERE WAS NO TEACHERS PRESENT WITH OVER 120 STUDENT BODY IN SESSION. I DON’T KNOW WHY AFTER ALL THIS BEACUSE OF THE SAME SCHOOL DISTRICT I ALMOST LOST MY 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER! I AM STILL FIGHTING FOR JUSTICE! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY I DO KNOW GOD LEAD ME TO THIS PAGE: TO MAKE THIS WORLD A BETTER PLACE! NO… I CAN’T SAVE THE WORLD BUT, YES I CAN BE HEARD ACROSS THE WORLD AND MAKE PEOPLE REALIZE IF GOD CAN BRING HER THOUGH HE CAN DO THE SAME FOR ME! STOP ASKING WHY THINGS ARE HAPPEN TO YOU: JUST KNOW GOD MAKES KNOW MISTAKES AND EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON! GOD BLESS!

  41. Hi, I’m Kwanita! I’m only 15, but don’t be fooled by my age. I am very responsible and devoted to my goals. This would be a wonderful opportunity me. I live in the small town of Fort Dodge (Iowa), It’s kinda boring and no one in is really “known”, and no one expects to be. They think its just all small town and that’s all it’s gonna be. But I have hope for the “small” things out there, because I know what it’s like to be a “nobody”, I’ve been there, I’ve done that, but that’s not all I expect to do. I want to make a difference in a way no one one ever has before. Because maybe, just maybe I’ll be the difference in someones life that I needed once. And it all starts with a dream. You may already have a good guess of what my dream is, but to add to that I’d like to give you more of an idea of what that dream holds. For me, the dream int ails more than just travailing and having my dream come true, But helping others make their dreams become a reality also. I would love to travel the world and make “small” people feel that they have a purpose. That’s my dream.

  43. Hello my name is Evaughn High. I have often dreamed of exploring the world with camera’s and make up artist and crews to support my dream of acting and directing in a world most individuals dream about. Growing up in Arkansas as a liitle girl pictured my self running through the cotton fields and somehow making it big living a cruising on yacht’s with friends and family after a hard days work sipping on a cool drink to quench the thirst of success.

I am a dreamer with a very creative mind to write and produce great movies. I can see myself writing and directing as a matter of fact I have a short film entitled “I Want Out” on Youtube.

  44. Its always been a passion of mine to go out into the world and really see whats going on out there. I want to experience all the different cultures from the rain forest of S America to the plains of Africa, and really witness how people are living outside of America. I am a visionary and one of my grandest dreams is to open the eyes of the privelaged to the struggle of the real, rest of the world. America needs a turn for the better.. toward a caring majority of humanity. I’ve written speaches, poems and plans to help transform the world into a nurturing place instead of a greedy, paniced, and spoiled one. The beginning of a better world is throught self-discovery, then voicing yourself. Thank you, it would be an honor to be on the show. Even if I’m not chosen my plan of becoming an A-List actress will be able to fund my journey of a lifetime.

  45. Hello people
My name is Roy, im 19 years old and i live in california
I think i would be good for this tv show because i have what it takes, a dream to achieve.
Unlike people that want to be in tv shows for the fame
Im the guy that wants a change, a change in life.
I have this dream in my mind of one day being able to travel anywhere and people knowing me for my hard work.
See i have a clothing line started, its nothing big, nothing known of course.
And in my dream i see myself taking care of my family.
Me and my family have always been through alot.
I hate coming home from work and seeing my dad so tired from work.
Working all day just to keep us wealthy.
My parents have guven so much for me and now its time i do it back.
I dont want to see them struggle again.
If i stay where i am i wont ever make a change in my life.
I want to travel, meet new people, know what they like, know their culture, get inspiration from them to become a better person, to spread the word about my clothing line, to make it successful.
And the only way of doing that, its through people.
Learning new languages, eating new foods, making people change.
I want to make a change every where i travel. Show people everything is possible when you give it your all, and that if you fail once you get back up and start again.
    To have hope.
I want my clothing line to be successful anywhere in this world, and traveling would be great for a young guy like me, all i want do is make it happen so i can be an inspiration for people anywhere i go, anywhere i travel.
This would be a great experience in my life, i want this so much.
Im living my dream in my dreams, i want to live it for real now.
    I have ideas, designs, anything.
I want to show people that no matter how hard life takes you down theres always a way to get back up.
I want to look back in the days and say “i made it happen” and be happy and also proud of it.
But at the same time be thankful to god for giving me this experience in life, in my journey, My journey of a lifetime

  46. Hi I am 20 years old, I live in Trenton Georgia. I am married and have two children. My daughter is 8 months and my step son is 4. I have always dreamed of visiting Hawaii because i love the ocean and i think that it would be an interesting place to visit. I am interested in learning the ways of life there. I think that Hawaii would be the most wonderful place to go to get away from my everyday life and for a vacation of a lifetime with my family. I would like to take a plane because i have never flown before in my life and i think it would be amazing to fly to Hawaii for my dream vacation of a lifetime. I can really see myself in this dream… flying and then landing in Hawaii sitting by the beach in the most beautiful place in the world…. I dream big dreams and i hope that this dream will come true and this could be a “JOURNEY OF A LIFETIME” for me and my family of four.

  47. Besides being interesting and beautiful, I have a dream of exploring my Fathers home country of Cuba. I have images in my mind of what it may be like. I can only hope, that one day, the images in my mind will be replaced by memories. This would be my journey of a Lifetime.

  48. Traveling is something that I would love to do. If you ask my family they will tell you that I absolutely would love to travel just about all around the world. I’ve only been to Japan. But the times I went made me apperciate the people and the culture so much that I want to move there for good once I graduate from college. To experience another culture from my own, is exciting to me. I enjoy it very much. I would love to be on this show so young people like myself, can see that if you travel outside the comforts of your neighborhood, or Cancun for spring break, you can experience some new and exciting things, and ultimately make you a better, and understanding person.

  49. Life is a journey, and at 19 ive been on an unpleasent trip. i was born with marfans syndrome(which is a heart condition) but in 2008, they found out i actually had loeys-dietz (which is a similar but diff condition) through out my life i have had different surgeries on my feet (club foot) on my back (scoliosis) and a few other minor things. but in 2008, i had the biggest surgery of my life. it was emergancy heart surgery. they didnt think id make it, and then they werent sure id be able to walk. but thanks to my amazing medical staff, god, family, and friends i am here today. walking, and healthy. iv been through a lot more during those 2 years then some people have in a lifetime. i constantly beat the odds at many different things. it was a long and hard road to recovery for me and my family. its really stressful being sick. i have always dreamed of going to austrailia and meeting steve irwin. but now that hes no longer alive, i still dream of going there and to his zoo and meeting his amazing family or going someplace like africa or anywhere amazing and with exotic animals!. i love to travel and i love animals, but never get to. medical bills arent cheap. but this show could be an amazing opportunity! thanks for taking the time to read my story.

  50. I am a junior at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. I would like to go abroad and travel to do my internship. I’ve never travelled outside of the U.S. and the only places I have been are Ohio, Arizona, and Maryland. I want the opportunity to travel because I don’t think I’ll have the opportunity after graduation because of money constrictions. I want to travel and get different kinds of experiences in the resort industry because I ultimately want to own my own one day. I would love to get this experience!!

  51. Hi, my name is Janeka and I am currently looking for something new in my life. I think this would be good for me. I’m also on a weight loss goal and I’m trying to step out in life, finally do me. I’m 21 years old.

  52. Hello,
My name is Miguel A. Mercado born and raised in Hartford, CT. For many years since i was a child i always said that i wanted to travel the world and help those who are in need. I have had the opportunity to travel to three different locations and it was a big difference between the locations. I traveled to Dominican Republic; Paris, France; and Madrid, Spain. This was a new feeling something i felt that i had to do, but did not know what to do. i feel the -Journey of a Lifetime will help me discover new and different community environments, and see what it’s like to live in these communities.
If given the opportunity to take this Journey will not only help me, but it will also help those who we do not know of. who are going throw hard times then us in the USA.
So please take me into considerations. Thank you so much for taking time to read view on why I should be considered for this one reality TV show and two for the Journey of a Lifetime.

    Thank you so much,
    Miguel A. Mercado

  54. I have been a single mother since I was 16 years old. I am now 34 and I have raised my daughter to be an amazing young women 17. However, I put my dreams of traveling the world on hold to be able to be a good mother. My whole life I have dreamt of seeing the countries across the world. I have not made very much time for myself in a love life because I concentrated mainly on being a mom, work and school. Now my daughter has unfortunately gained my lack of finding love (probably from the lack of experienced learned from me). I am by far not an ugly person and do not have a hard time getting noticed. However, I am not looking for a typical American guy. I want to find my dream love in another culture. My daughter is drop dead gorgeous and turns heads more than I ever did and I would like for her to find that special romantic culture love as well. So, as weird as it may sound.. I would LOVE to travel to other coutries in search of true love with my daughter and hopefully we both can find what we both feel is lacking in the relationships in our own country. We both dream of this.. and speak about it often. However, being a single mother doesnt leave the bank full ;) I also feel this would be a strange show, but a topic alot of people can relate to.. dreams.. traveling.. love.. and single mother/daughter both still young.

  55. sorry for posting two… now three comments. I didnt realize the first went through. My apologies

  56. Traveling may be a great part of my life but it is second to the desire to to learn of the world and help those whom I meet through any means I can and to help those back home with the knowledge I have gained. I have lived with the Masaai tribe in Kenya for 6 months working with leaders on changing views toward female genital mutilation as well as working with the girls escaping FGM. I was asked to stay in Kenya and be an elder. I have worked in dangerous areas like South Sudan and Afghanistan as a volunteer. I have never been anywhere with a big organization but with one or two people that share my interest in helping, learning, and adventure. I have an indomitable spirit and uncompromising principles yet am very open to understanding everyone and where they come from. I studied anthropology at University of Georgia where I received an M.A. in Cultural Anthropology. I would love greatly to go on a journey of a lifetime again and again making each one better than the last. Whether you choose me or not I am glad this opportunity is being offered to people. Thank you!

  58. I really want to become an actor. And i will do anything it take to become one, and a very good one at that

  59. Hello, my name is Alex and there is nothing that has occupied my mind more in my life than to be a blessing to others, have fun and be challenged doing so, and inform the world about whats going on around the world and in their own backyards. I have done some smaller traveling to Europe and Mexico to explore and learn culture and history. I graduated with Anthropology and am a personal trainer and a youth leader, so I care for all aspects of life, whether mental, physical, or spiritual. I have worked with the Masaai peoples of Kenya helping young girls who were escaping female genital mutilation. I have ridden in the back of a pickup on top of supplies covered with a tarp and hanging on to a rope for 5 days from the Masaai Mara to South Sudan near the Congo border. I have voluntarily sold all my most expensive belongings to help friends like a good friend who wanted some help with projects in Afghanistan. I can get along most anywhere and be comfortable with most anything as long as I am of some use to someone. :)

  60. Coming from a very small island, Tortola, it was a new experience for me when I ventured out to miami, the tall buildings, the facilities, the carreer oppertunity, even the food, everything was a new experience for me, i enjoyed it and i’m eager for more, I would appreciate every moment of it and to me it would be a Journey Of A Lifetime

  62. I am Brazilian and live in New York, but my new address is FAR AWAY ROADS. I am happy but I need more to fulfill my dreams. I have traveled to Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa and I have known different people and cultures. Marco Polo’s Travels is my favorite book. I have learned that limits do not exist and that we make our own limitations. My trip is for a cause, to raise funds for a foundation in Brazil to help children, teenagers and seniors. I will drive from New York to Ushuaia at Tierra del Fuego and then on to Belo Horizonte, Brazil..My ROUTE :USA . MEXICO .GUATEMALA EL SALVADOR ,HONDURAS ,NICARAGUA
COSTA RICA PANAMA COLOMBIA ECUADOR PERU .BOLIVIA .CHILE ARGENTINA .BRAZIL.I will take pictures of children along the way for a photo essay “FACES OF TOMORROW”. I also plan two books one, PAN-AMERICAN FAR AWAY ROADS is a record of experiences on my journey and the other an educational storybook for children about Lake Titicaca. I know is a long road , my reason is take beautiful journal in each curve to share with all that love travel. The Journey of a Lifetime is next reality TV travel adventure through 16 countries Far away roads . As soon as you set foot on Central American and South American soil, the transformation begins.
Giving you a sense of what we experienced on our travels. … Whether you’re trekking into the wild to catch a glimpse of a rarely ….

  63. My name is Adam Boyer, and I love to travel! I was in the U.S Marines, and got to see alot of pieces of the world. But most times each port was filled with so many restrictions and do’s and dont’s, that it was almost imposible to enjoy it.
I am getting to a point in my life where I am thinking of starting a family soon. One of my sayings has been, once I make it to the top of the world(Mt. Everest), I’ll be humbled enough to be a father. I think I would be best for this Journey of a Lifetime because, I would enjoy every second of the experience with a smile. I would truly appreciate just the chance to explore the world. I have seen just a small taste of diverse culture and am excited to see much more.

  64. I usually dont look for casting calls…actually, I never have. I’ve never even given the thought of being on a reality show before. I came across this and something told me to at least try. Something also told me this could be what I’ve been waiting/searching for. I’m Jessica. Im 26 years old and currently live in South Jersey. I’m single. And have not a clue what I want to do when I grow up yet.
I feel like I’m way to young to be in the daily grind that I somehow got stuck in.
As I said, I feel like this was a sign to write to yous. So, hopefully something will come out of it!
