The famous dance movie Honey is coming back to the screen with a new movie based on the original film. Casting directors are looking for high energy men and women that are capable of modeling, dancing, and acting. They must be 18 years or older and available for multiple days starting at the end of June.
Honey is a 2003 dance film directed by Billie Woodruff starring Jessica Alba, Mehki Phifer and Romeo Miller. It was iconic for its time, featuring performances from Jadakiss and a cameo by Missy Elliot. The movie is about a woman named Honey Daniels. At the beginning of the film she is just an ordinary bartender, but once she meets the right people she realizes that she can pursue her real dream. She is a dance teacher on the side, but her lifelong dream is to be a choreographer for a big named studio.
The film is inspired by the life of choreographer Laurieann Gibson and how she became who she is today. The sequels to Honey were mostly under the radar, but the original script has been picked up and revised to create a reboot for the newest film. Expect to see an intense dance drama filled with amazing performances.
