As if team sports are not enough kids are taking over the kitchen in FOX’s new competition show MasterChef Junior. This cooking competition will pin cooks between the ages 8 and 13 against each-other in a cooking competition and the casting directors at FOX are now holding auditions for season 2 of the show. MasterChef Junior is hosted by award winning chef Gordon Ramsay,Chicago chef Graham Elliot and one of the chefs behind Eataly, Joe Bastianich. Alexander Weiss, a 13-year-old from New York City, was named the winner of season one and walked away with a grand prize of $100,000. The casting directors at FOX are now looking for male and female kids who think they have what it takes to be the next MasterChef Junior, so if you think you have what it takes do not miss out apply now!
MasterChef Junior will give aspiring cooks the exciting opportunity to showcase their talent, culinary smarts and their love for food through a series of delicious challenges and cook-offs. FOX is now looking for kids between the ages of 8 and 13 that are interested in auditioning for MasterChef Junior, please submit your kids information along with any cooking experience they might have.
