HBO Film Confirmation Casting Call for Caucasian Extras
Confirmation centers around the scandal surrounding the nomination of Judge Clarence Thomas to the United States Supreme Court which is called into question when a former colleague, Anita Hill, testifies that he sexually harassed her.
In 1991, then President George W. Bush nominated Clarence Thomas to succeed retiring Associate Justice Thurgood Marshall on the Supreme Court. His confirmation seemed assured until an FBI interview with Anita Hill was released to the press. The hearings were reopened and Anita Hill was called to testify. During the hearings Anita testified Thomas sexually assaulted her when he was her direct supervisor at the Department of Education and EEOC.
Kerry Washington (Who portrays Olivia on Scandal) will portray Anita in the HBO film Confirmation. Wendell Pierce (who portrayed Rev. Hosea Williams as Selma) will portray Clarence Thomas. Also starring in the film will be Grace Gummer (Extant and American Horror Story), Erika Christensen (Parenthood and Wicked City), Eric Stonestreet (Modern Family and Identity Thief) and Greg Kinnear (Rake and Movie 43).

The casting team with Tammy Smith Casting has released a casting call seeking a Caucasian Family. The team is seeking extras who can portray family types a Mom and Dad between the ages of 30s to 40s and two kids between the ages of 11 to 15.
