Quentin Tarantino is back with his new film auditions for “Django Unchained”. The man responsible for ill-reputed and notable films such as “Pulp Fiction”, “Kill Bill”, “Sin City”, and “Inglorious Basterds” is back and holding auditions for his new film “Django Unchained”. The one and only actor, producer, director, writer Quentin Trantino is making another classic coming out soon by the familiar title “Django Unchained”. No. This is a completely original film. Quentin Tarantino has admitted that he got the name Django from the 1966 film but has remained true to his screenplay. The film will star megahit A-List actors Jamie Foxx, Don Johnson, and none other than Leonardo DiCaprio. It is in production still and looking for actors!
Leonardo DiCaprio will be playing Calvin Candie a Mississippi plantation owner who taken Django’s wife, and is looking forward to getting him back as his property. Django on the other hand is played by Oscar Winning Actor Jamie Foxx. Quentin also booked Samuel L. Jackson to play Stephen, and Sacha Baron Cohen as Scotty. Kurt Russell and Kerry Washington are other talented Hollywood actors who are also in the film, to name a few. The filming is mostly taking place in the New Orleans, Louisiana area but is set to be taking part all in the south for the upcoming months. Production is by Columbia Pictures as well as Super Cool Man Shoe Too Productions. Tarantino is looking to make a unique rendition of the well-known Django story with his own bizarre and peculiar twists. His purpose as a director has been to constantly keep his audience on their toes with his unusual story line.
Casting directors are looking in particular for more African-American Men, Women, and Children who do have some on-camera experience, or are interested in gaining professional acting experience for their resume. There are no age specifics, just some requirements about no tattoos, braces, hair braids, extensions, or unusual piercings. Since this film is set in the earlier days, anything too visibly ‘modern’ will not be accepted. Filming is going on right now so make sure if you do have a flexible schedule and would like to rub elbows with Hollywood’s best to submit your information over now!

It would be an honor to work with this cast & crew! It has been my dream for a long while now to work with Mr. Tarantino. As an actor with theatre training & experience, I might have too much emotion. I’ve taken one “acting for the camera” class and I had a very powerful presence. Always have. My only camera credits include indie films from Idaho. I studied acting at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, and now I need income to help pay off student loans!
