Empire Season 2 Casting Call for Series Stand Ins
The cast of Empire is set and all revved-up for the second season which is now filming in the Chicago area. If you lived under a rock earlier this year when Empire premiered to the highest ratings FOX has received since the debut of Touch in 2012 and don’t happen to know what Empire is, let me take a moment to remind you.
Season on Empire
Empire centers around the lives of a Hip-hop family torn apart by their differences, music, and betrayals. Lucious Lyon is a legendary Hip-hop artist who started an entertainment company called Empire, he is rules his company unchallenged until a deadly medical diagnosis changes his course of action. Given a mare three years before he is completely incapacitated he must decide which of his sons will take the reins of his precious company.
His favorite son is his youngest, Hakeem, a very gifted and hungry musician who lacks focus and values fame over hard work. His middle son, Jamal, is also talented but he is shy and gay—which is the most embarrassing thing to Lucious who tries to pressure Jamal to suppress who is for a shot at gaining his love. His oldest son, Andre, seems to lack the musical talents of his younger brothers but what he lacks in musical charisma he makes up for with his business mind.
But things aren’t always as simple as choosing a son, to further complicate his life his long forgotten ex-wife reemerges from 17 years behind bars and ready to take ownership of her part of Empire much to his dismay. Cookie, however isn’t going anywhere and if she does she isn’t going quietly.

The casting team at 4 Star Casting has released a casting call seeking series Stand-Ins to work for the duration of season two filming.

We are not accepting general submissions quite yet. And we are not taking open submissions for Stand-In – you MUST have stood in for one of the actors last season to submit.

4) Attach a recent jpeg photo of yourself – it can be a candid shot from your head to waist, but make sure you are against a neutral/plain wall, wearing solid color shirt (or a mild pattern), and it has decent lighting (no selfies).
