Transformers star Isabel Lucas has been cast for a new film directed by ‘Ramona and Beezus’ helmer Elizabeth Allen, Careful What you Wish For. The action thriller will begin shooting in April 2013 and the casting directors are now holding auditions for sevreal other roles including extras and supporting roles in the blockbuster film. Many of you might remember Lucas as the college girl turned robot in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Careful What You Wish For follows self-conscious high school student Doug Martin, as he gets more than he bargained for when he starts a torrid affair with Lena, to be played by Lucas. Lena’s the young, lonely wife of a wealthy businessman renting the lake house next door to Doug. When a serious crime rocks their sleepy vacation town, Doug is let in on a devastating secret. He soon finds himself a suspect. Production on Careful What you Wish for is slated to start in early 2013 with the hopes of a early 2014 release. The film will be shot in several undisclosed locations across the United States.
