Auditions for Russell Crowe Film, “The Man with the Iron Fists”

ussell Crowe is back and casting directors are booking tons of talent for his new film “The Man with the Iron Fists” directed by RZA. RZA is known for his work in the music industry, and this is definitely his first work as a director on a major motion picture. Robert Fitzgerald Diggs (RZA) is one of the greatest hip hop producers of all time, and hopes to cast a similar successful spell on the film industry. RZA is also rumored to have played Thaddeus in the brand new and very well anticipated Quentin Tarantino flick “Django Unchained”, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill, to name a few.

“The Man with the Iron Fists” is about a story of war struck China and  a blacksmith that makes different weapons for a tiny village. He is placed in a role where he has to protect himself and his fellow villagers who have remained loyal to him. The film stars Russell Crow, who plays Jackknife; Jamie Chung, who plays Lady Silk; Lucy Liu, who plays Madame Blossom. RZA will possibly also have a major role in the flick as well. The film is rated R for bloody violence, strong sexuality, and language, with some brief shown drug use. Arcade Pictures and Iron Fists is responsibly for putting together production for the project.

RZA and Eli Roth worked on the screenplay of the film together for the past two years. They of course will have some say on the final selection choices of the talent for the feature.
